Information You Give Us
When you send a message through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message you provide. We use it only to respond to you. Messages are emailed to the club volunteers who handle them and kept in the website's admin area, together with the internet (IP) address they were sent from to help us block spam. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you club news and event announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter.
